As the New Year starts, we are happy to announce that Victoria and I will be entering our next stage of life… retirement!
Our IT services business started almost 20 years ago, and over that span of time, we primarily grew initially through client referrals and working with professional associations. Many of you we have known and served for years, and we have deeply appreciated your continued business and friendship.
Several months back, we began working with Xobee Networks, a larger IT services company, who has a presence in the Bay Area, and shares our same business values, same vision, and style of business.
We are excited about this partnership and believe that a larger organization will provide our clients with a wider array and depth of services such as website design, mobile application development, online marketing, and a full VoIP phone support department.
We have been fortunate to attract high-quality and committed technical, administrative, and marketing staff for whom we are most appreciative. But as you know, in our area of the country, finding excellent technical and administrative staff is a constant challenge. A merger of Team Myers and Xobee Networks will bring additional technicians to continue providing you, your staff, and business with service 24/7 – 365 days a year.
In the future, we will be able to offer new services and areas of expertise. But let us point out several items that won’t change:
- You will continue to work with the same people in our firm that you have had in the past. All our people are being retained in their current roles.
- Your service agreements and fee structure will continue as is.
- Our San Jose office location will stay the same.
- Our existing daytime and after-hours phone numbers will continue to be the ones you will use to contact us for technical support and services.
Eric Rawn, owner of Xobee Networks (founded in 1996) and his team deliver the same high-quality IT services that you have been accustomed to. Xobee’s clients are small and mid-size businesses very similar to clients Team Myers has been serving for years. You will find Eric and his team very personable and engaging. They have a genuine concern for the wellbeing of their clients and will work closely with you as we have over the past years.
